Are my online booking payments secured?

Yes, we ensure thorough security in our online payment methods and retain no record of your debit/credit card information after the payment goes through.

Can I trust the chauffeur with the safety of my car?

Absolutely, all drivers in service of our operations are fully insured and CRB checked. 

Where can I find my booking’s reference number?

The reference number is generated upon booking confirmation and provided to you in your confirmation email along with the instructions. In case you do not receive the booking confirmation email, kindly contact us at 01216035899 to retrieve all the information by quoting your name and travel dates. You can also retrieve your booking details by logging into your account on our website.

If my travel plans change, how can I amend my booking?

In case of any changes in schedule, you can call us at 01216035899 or email at info@justparkandfly.co.uk and we will assist in any way we can to amend the existing booking according to our terms and conditions. It is prudent to call us instead of sending an email as it may take upto 24 hours to process.

For how long will I be waiting for the chauffeur at the airport?

Your chauffeur will meet you at the designated meeting point (subject to unforeseen circumstances). You must call and inform of your arrival 20 min in advance for both departure and arrival. The vehicle collection process is swift and concise which takes a mere couple of minutes.

How far from the airport will my car be parked?

Your vehicle is taken directly from the airport to our compound at the approximate distance of 2.5 miles. If at peak times our nearest car park is full then the cars might be stored at our over flow car park within 5miles of the airport.

How can I submit my complaints?

Please send us the email at contact@justparkandfly.co.uk regarding your concerns and the Customer Services Relations staff will be happy to assist you in any way possible.

How do I cancel my booking and will there be any charges?

In case of cancellation, you can either call or email us. If you inform the company 48 hours before the commencement of service, you will incur a cancellation fee of £15. If you inform after 48 hours prior to commencement of service or fail to inform at all, then there will be no refund. Please see our terms and condition for more detail.
